We are excited that Tender Funerals will be opening their pop-up office in Kempsey at the Anglican Church. The new Kempsey office is being established in response to increased inquiries from the Macleay Region and will allow residents of the Macleay direct access to Tender Funerals’ services.

“Tender Funerals Mid North Coast is a not-for-profit service that offers choice and transparency in delivering personalised, meaningful and affordable funerals.
 
Every person is unique, and their funeral should reflect this. We provide a range of services across death and funeral care, whilst supporting you to make informed decisions and participate in the care of your person as much or as little as you and those close to you want.
Our office is located at 25 Marsh Street, on the grounds of the Anglican Church.
Since starting out in 2022, Tender Funerals Mid North Coast has helped over 200 local families make end-of-life plans for their family member and hold special and personal farewells when, where and how they wanted.
 
Tender Funerals is a not-for-profit community organisation with a team of paid staff and volunteers that support families with funeral and after-death care and offer community education, so people can make empowered choices around death.
 
Where families are under financial stress we can reduce the cost of a funeral with the help of our Benevolent Fund and we also cooperate with other community organisations that offer support for community members in need.
